SECANE, Pa. (CBS) – A Delaware County woman being charged with DUI homicide is accused of getting back behind the wheel and causing more havoc.
Authorities say this week, 24-year-old Nichole Labelle from Secane was in her second DUI crash in less than two years.
“She was unsteady, her clothes were discarded, she was wearing one shoe,” says Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.
Chitwood says during her latest crash, Labelle hit a parked car:
“She stated she was driving her vehicle when she struck another vehicle.”
Chitwood says just last year, Labelle was driving under the influence when she crashed her car and killed her passenger — 21-year-old George Kaminski.
Labelle was out on bail during her latest crash.
